Our zvh heads are welded to suit the zetec block face to give an even surface for maximum clamping force.

This allows use of the steel multi layer zetec head gasget.
Which we recommend as its a lot stronger than the felpro gasket.

The blocks are decked and the head has a light skim to make sure both are perfectly flush.


You can also fit your standard head to our bottom ends but you must pick the right head gasket to suit the bore size ie
Felpro competition gasket, used on American 2.0 Litre CVH engines.
Felpro part No. 9303PT2 or part No. 9309PT is the same.
86.7mm bore and 1.83mm thick the other gaskets will not fit right but we do not recommend the felpro as it is not very strong.
