Our Stg1 bottom ends have modfied pistons to suit the zetec undercooling oil spray bars and run at 8:0:1 compression ratio.

All bearings are brand new ACL heavy duty throughout the engine.

The block is bored out to 86mm which makes them 2048cc. Brand new high pressure oil pump, Brand new water pump.

For use with the zvh the oil gallerys are tapped and steel inserts screaed in then the block is decked.

Conrods come modified with small ends bronze bushed which makes them fully floating ie less friction and wear making more reliable.
Picture shows standard rod at the bottom and bushed at top.

The block is modified to suit oil breather and return.
